Delivery

Once the order has been placed, it is dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times then apply:

Metropolitan France 

Free delivery on orders over €200.

  • Colis Prive - Home - average delivery time 2 to 4 working days. From 7,5€

  • Colissimo - average delivery time 2 working days. From 9€

  • Chronopost - average delivery time 2 working days. From 12,9€

  • UPS - average delivery time 2 working days. From 15€

  • DHL - average delivery time 2 working days. From 33€

Special case: In the event of re-shipment of a parcel due to a failure on the part of the customer (e.g. parcel not collected, incomplete or incorrect address, etc.), the customer must pay the actual delivery costs.

International

Free delivery on orders over €200

  • EU, average lead time 3-5 days - From 12,9€

  • International, average lead time 7 to 15 days - From 15 €
